Arunika Land was founded in 2012 with its first project, a single cluster of 40 subsidized homes. Because every unit received its SHM on time without any drama, our reputation spread by word of mouth, not through large-scale advertising.
Today we have completed 9 projects in Surabaya and its surroundings, still holding to the same principle: we do not sell units before the community planning is fully mature.
